appetite.
Conduct detailed financial and ratio analysis to assess creditworthiness and risk exposure.
Implement lending practices that are compliant with RBI guidelines and regulations.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, maintaining transparent communication and
alignment on risk-related decisions.
Monitor, assess, and mitigate loan portfolio and credit product risks.
Manage and mentor a team of credit risk analysts, ensuring high performance and
continuous development.
Provide insights into credit policy reviews and adjustments based on emerging risks and
market conditions.




Handle stakeholder management and effectively communicate risk decisions and strategies
to senior leadership.

6+ years of experience in Credit Risk within the NBFC, banking, or startup environment.
Strong experience in financial analysis, ratio analysis, and risk assessment.
Deep knowledge of lending processes and RBI guidelines.
Proven team handling and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Prior experience in a startup environment or high-growth financial services firm.
Proficiency in credit risk tools and data analytics.
