- Exceptional written and spoken communication proposals, client emails, demo narratives, and workshop summaries should need minimal editing.
- Daily usage of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for drafting, analysis, research, and slide building.
- Meticulous planning and follow-through no customer commitment falls through a crack; every conversation has a written follow-up within 24 hours.
