JD:-
- 6+ years of overall experience in architecting and building data and analytics solutions including data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines and performance optimization.
- Deep knowledge of Snowflake features such as virtual warehouses, micro-partitions, data sharing and security best practices.
- Strong SQL skills for complex queries, stored procedures,
and optimization; familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for automation.
- Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS services (e.g., S3, Azure Data Lake, IAM, networking) for hybrid or multi-cloud architectures.
- Expertise in implementing role-based access control, encryption, compliance standards and auditing within Snowflake and cloud environments.
- Ability to optimize compute/storage costs, manage workloads, and tune queries for high performance.
- SnowPro Core or Advanced Architect certification is a strong plus.
- Ability to lead architecture discussions, mentor teams and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in working in a customer facing role
