Responsibilities-

- Ensure timely issuance of materials to production based on job orders..
- Adhere to SOP for material receivable, put away and ensure materials are stored in desired location.
- Monitor Inventory Levels and initiate reordering as necessary, follow FIFO, Just In time Process.
- Maintain accurate stock records and documentation using ERP or Inventory management Systems.
- Need to Co-ordinate with a cross functional department for effective material flow (Production, Engineering, Procurement, Quality & Dispatch).
- Ensure compliance with safety and SOP in the storage area.
- Preparing & submitting MIS Report, Reports on Inventory, Discrepancies and Usage trends.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation& Google Sheet Etc.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Material Planning & Documentation.
