- AI Agents / Agentic AI development experience
- Hands-on experience with LangChain / LangGraph
- Solid Python engineering skills
- Experience with LLM,APIs and microservices
- Knowledge of RAG, tool calling, memory, and MCP
- Exposure to Databricks / Snowflake
- Experience building agents that can reason, plan, and act
- Model Evaluations , Agent Evaluations
