Role: Senior EOT Crane Engineer

Location: Vasai

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of EOT Cranes (up to 50 Ton).
- Ensure maximum equipment availability, reliability, and minimum downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems including motors, VFDs, PLCs, brakes, hoists, gearboxes, and control panels.
- Conduct inspections, RCA, condition monitoring, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, PTW, LOTO, and lifting regulations.
- Plan maintenance schedules using SAP PM/CMMS and maintain maintenance records.
- Manage spare parts inventory, OEM/vendor coordination, and maintenance budgets.




- Lead a team of technicians, drive TPM initiatives, and improve crane reliability and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical controls, VFDs, PLCs, and industrial safety practices.
- Experience in manufacturing, steel, heavy engineering, or construction industries preferred.
