THE ROLE

You'll be the sole human designer, orchestrating dozens of AI agents that build interface components and concepts in parallel while you focus on strategy, systems, and taste. This is a real shift in how design gets done your leverage isn't a bigger design team, it's an AI workforce that doesn't sleep. We'll teach you the technical side (GitHub, Claude Code, MCPs) from day one; what you bring is the design craft and the instinct for what to build and the final eye for UX that is consistent and pleasant to use.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead as the sole human designer, orchestrating dozens of AI agents working in parallel.
- Direct AI agents generating hundreds of component variations while you focus on strategy.
- Use instant behavioural feedback from virtual users to test and refine designs in seconds, not weeks.




- Build and maintain atomic design systems that both humans and AI agents can execute against.
- Ship weekly with engineering, not quarterly.
- Blur the line between designer and developer — commit directly to GitHub and work hands-on with Claude Code.

WHAT YOU BRING

- 5–10 years shipping B2C products at scale across web and mobile — products real people use daily, not just case studies.
- A portfolio showing products with 50,000+ active users, and a track record of improving core metrics (revenue, retention, engagement) through design.
- Experience building component-based / atomic design systems that survived real deadlines and feature creep.
- Basic coding knowledge, or a genuine commitment to learning GitHub and AI tooling from day one.
- Comfort trusting data from virtual users as much as stakeholder opinion.

NICE TO HAVE

- Prior hands-on experience with AI design or coding tools.
- Experience as a first or founding designer.
- A point of view on where AI-assisted design genuinely helps versus adds noise.

LOCATION & WORK MODE

In-office at our WeWork Prestige Cube office in Koramangala, Bangalore. Relocation is welcome — but you'll need to be within a short, reasonable commute of Koramangala, or ready to move close soon.

One honest constraint: we can't consider people who'd spend half their day in Bangalore traffic. We're not being precious about it — we just refuse to let traffic quietly eat your brain an hour at a time.
