- Ensuring the procurement process is in line with company policies and procedures.
- Identifying and selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with suppliers.
- Managing the procurement budget and ensuring that procurement activities are aligned with the overall project budget.
- Ensuring that procurement activities comply with local and international laws and regulations.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as engineers and HODs to identify procurement needs and requirements to ensure smooth functioning of plant.
- Establishing and maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring vendor performance and taking corrective actions as required.
- Reporting on procurement performance to senior management and identifying areas for improvement.
- Should be able to manage the entire cycle of P to P.
- Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Proven expertise in managing big size CAPEX Preferably Greenfield project.
