Responsibilities

- Develop scalable, high-performance, and secure backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Design and optimize database schemas with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firestore, and Redis.
- Translate PRDs into robust backend architectures, ensuring data consistency.
- Propose and implement infrastructure solutions on AWS or equivalent platforms.
- Design RESTful and GraphQL APIs for effective data exchange.
- Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Implement security protocols and monitoring solutions for system integrity and compliance.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Write automated tests and documentation to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Requirements

- Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js or Nest.js.




- Advanced experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firestore, Redis (and ORMs like Sequelize/Mongoose).
- API design with proficiency in RESTful and GraphQL standards.
- Hands-on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3) or similar cloud platforms; experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong CI/CD, monitoring/logging tools knowledge.
- Clean coding practices and SOLID principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient with Git and GitHub.

Positive to Haves

- Firebase experience (including Functions).
- Knowledge of GCP or Azure; Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Performance tuning, load balancing, caching.
- Startup experience or exposure to dynamic environments.
