Role & responsibilities

- Process daily orders received from various marketplace portals.
- Plan and prioritize dispatches based on marketplace cut-off times and SLAs.
- Coordinate picking, packing, quality checks, and shipment readiness.
- Ensure accurate product selection, quantity verification, and proper packaging before dispatch.
- Generate shipping labels, invoices, manifests, and other dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with courier partners and marketplace logistics teams for timely pickups.
- Handle Amazon Seller Flex, Flipkart, Tata 1mg, JioMart, Meesho, and other marketplace dispatch operations.
- Maintain dispatch records and update MIS reports.
- Report shortages, damages, and operational issues immediately.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SOPs.

Preferred candidate profile

- Knowledge of warehouse dispatch operations.
- Familiarity with marketplace order processing.
- Understanding of inventory management.
- Valuable computer skills (MS Excel, ERP/WMS preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure during peak order volumes.
- Problem-solving mindset.
