The Electrical and Instrumentation Head will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and instrumentation within the Debari zinc smelter plant. This role involves ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all electrical and instrumentation operations, adhering to industry standards, and implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Management:

- Lead and manage the electrical and instrumentation team, including engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Develop and implement training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

2. Design and Implementation:

- Oversee the design and implementation of electrical systems and instrumentation for new projects and upgrades.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

3. Maintenance and Reliability:

- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems and instrumentation.




- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems and instrumentation to minimize downtime.

4. Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure all electrical and instrumentation activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.

5. Project Management:

- Manage electrical and instrumentation projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

6. Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for improvement in electrical and instrumentation processes and systems.
- Implement best practices and cutting-edge solutions to enhance plant performance.

7. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of all electrical and instrumentation activities, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and project documentation.
- Prepare and present regular reports on the status of electrical systems and instrumentation to senior management.
