Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience on Adobe Premiere Pro. The ideal candidate must have strong creative judgment, effective communication skills, and a sense of ownership over every project. You will be responsible for editing high-quality social media videos, reels, client campaigns, and long/short-form video content. Key Responsibilities 1. Video Editing & Post-Production Edit reels, social media videos, ads, and long-form content using Adobe Premiere Pro. Apply transitions, sound design, color correction, and effects to enhance video quality. Ensure brand consistency and storytelling alignment across all content. 2. Content Management & Execution Maintain organized project files, footage, and asset libraries. Deliver outputs within assigned timelines and quality standards. Adapt editing style based on brand guidelines and project goals. 3. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with the creative, social media, and performance teams. Understand briefs, clarify requirements, and propose creative ideas.



Provide clear communication on timelines and project progress. 4. Quality Control & Ownership Take full ownership of video delivery from raw footage to final output. Ensure accuracy, technical quality, and brand alignment in every edit. Suggest creative improvements and stay updated with current editing trends. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory). Strong understanding of pacing, transitions, reels trends, and visual storytelling. Effective communication skills for internal coordination. Robust sense of responsibility, accountability, and ownership. Basic knowledge of After Effects is a plus (optional).
