The Role

We are hiring Software Developers with 0 2 years of experience to join our India engineering team. This is a full-stack role you will work on both backend (Ruby on Rails) and frontend (JavaScript / React), building real features for real customers from Day 1.

We are looking for people who are passionate, curious, and self-motivated. You dont need to know everything you need to love learning, take ownership, and never stop asking questions.

What You Will Do

- Build and ship features across our product using Ruby on Rails and JavaScript/React
- Write clean, readable, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews both giving and receiving feedback
- Work closely with the product and design team to understand requirements and translate them into working software
- Debug and fix issues end-to-end
- Contribute to technical discussions and architecture decisions as you grow
- Learn fast our codebase will teach you things no textbook can

Who We Are Looking For





- Fresh graduate or 0 2 years of professional experience in software development
- B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related field)
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals data structures, algorithms, complexity
- Familiarity with at least one backend or frontend language (Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.)
- Understanding of how the web works HTTP, APIs, databases
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Comfort with Git for version control
- Solid problem-solving mindset willingness to figure things out independently

Nice to Have

- Prior experience with Ruby on Rails (even via personal projects or tutorials)
- Exposure to React or any modern JavaScript framework
- Any deployed project open source contribution, hackathon project, internship work
- Familiarity with agile / sprint-based workflows
- Strong academic record but we value curiosity and hustle over grades
