Roles and Resposibilities:
- Collect leads of interested partners through on-ground efforts and referrals.
- Build short-term relationships with prospects to improve the chances of successful onboarding.
- Onboard Outstation-dedicated partners who are ready to take 75 km+ orders.
- Ensure partners are activated quickly after onboarding.
- Maintain strong relationships with onboarded partners and assist them with on-and-off order issues
- Highlight trends, feedback, and concerns to senior management to improve onboarding and partner experience.
- Conduct market studies in new zones to assess business potential, partner availability, and other key parameters.
