Primary Objective:

To provide on-site technical support, supervision, and quality assurance during the installation, construction, and commissioning of EV charging stations and hubs, ensuring adherence to engineering standards, safety norms, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Technical Support

- Oversee day-to-day on-site activities, including civil works, electrical installations, and EV charger deployment.
- Ensure all work is executed as per approved engineering drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve on-ground issues for contractors and subcontractors.

2. Quality Assurance & Compliance

- Conduct regular inspections of materials, workmanship, and installed equipment.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and industry norms (IEC, NEC, etc.).
- Identify non-conformities and drive corrective and preventive actions.

3. Progress Monitoring & Reporting

- Track daily site progress, including manpower utilization, equipment usage, and work completion status.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor timelines and proactively highlight risks or delays.

4. Stakeholder Coordination & Interface Management





- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning.
- Liaise with utility providers for grid connectivity, approvals, and inspections.
- Ensure seamless integration between civil, electrical, and EV charging systems.

5. Testing & Commissioning Support

- Assist in testing and commissioning of EV chargers, electrical panels, and associated systems.
- Support functional testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during commissioning.
- Maintain proper documentation of test results and commissioning reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Solid understanding of electrical systems, EV charging infrastructure, and installation practices
- Knowledge of industry standards (IEC, NEC) and safety compliance
- Hands-on experience in site execution and troubleshooting
- Valuable coordination and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

Educational Qualification:

- B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / EEE or related field

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in EV charging projects, power infrastructure, or electrical site execution
- Exposure to commissioning and field testing of electrical equipment
