Qualifications Experience: Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering with 4 years Experience

Key Skills Competencies:

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, MCC, PCC, drives, PLC HMI, EOT Cranes, Motors, and automation equipment communication system.

Expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical faults.

Familiar with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.





Understanding of industrial safety standards and electrical codes.

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

Experience in energy management and load distribution.

Leadership and team management skills to guide shift electricians and technicians.

Quick decision-making and problem-solving ability during breakdowns.

Effective communication and coordination with production and maintenance teams.
