Position - Legal Expert (Paralegal Commercial Agreements)

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India

Job Timing: (5 Days Working) Monday to Friday

Working Timings: 11:00am to 08:00pm

Role Purpose The Paralegal Commercial Agreements will support the review, drafting, negotiation support, and lifecycle management of commercial agreements across the business. The role will focus on ensuring contracts are reviewed efficiently, commercially aligned, and structured to protect the company's legal, financial, and operational interests. The successful candidate will combine strong legal fundamentals with contemporary working practices, including the effective use of AI-enabled tools to improve contract review speed, consistency, and risk identification.

Requirements -

Education & Experience -

- 4-7 Years Legal exp. in pharmaceutical industry.
- Law degree, Legal Practice Course (LPC), or equivalent legal qualification preferred.
- Previous experience as a Paralegal or Contracts Administrator (commercial environment preferred)
- Experience reviewing commercial agreements is desirable.
- Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or regulated industries is advantageous but not essential.
