About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and certified SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to drive human capital management processes and system configurations. You will play a key role in optimizing HR workflows, enforcing strict data security controls, and ensuring seamless integration between SuccessFactors and our core S/4HANA workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Module Configuration & Customization: Design, configure, and maintain core HR processes within certified SuccessFactors modules to align with organizational requirements.
- Workflows & Permissions: Develop complex business rules and configure Role-Based Permissions (RBP) to maintain robust data governance and security.
- System Integrations: Build and manage seamless integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA platforms.
- Collaboration & Support:



Partner with HR business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical leads to troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, and implement enhancements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
- Certification: Active certification in relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Functional Proficiency: Strong expertise in configuring business rules, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and managing integrations with S/4HANA.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
