Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building with existing clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets in the assigned territory.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client issues promptly and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex sales queries and improve overall team performance.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in banking or insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of CASA (Current Account Savings Account) products and services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a rapid-paced environment.
