- Must be fluent in English and Hindi language
- Convert leads into sales through inbound and outbound calls.
- Promote and sell insurance products to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

- Provide excellent customer service and support during the sales process.

Required Skills:

- Strong communication skills in Tamil, Hindi and English.
- Ability to meet sales targets and handle objections.
- Solid persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
