Specific Responsibilities
- Assess clinical learning and training needs of nursing personnel.
- To assist Nurse Educator in making protocols, care plans & audit checklist.
- To execute nursing training based on gaps identified to bridge it.
- To plan and implement bed side trainings.
- Assist in standardisation and implementation of nursing documentation.
- Provide training on quality nursing practices.
- To enhance communication skills of nurses.
- Participate in nursing audits and collect data related to nursing quality and training.
- Maintain nursing training record.
- Any other assignment given by the superiors.
