Role Description

- Execute all engineering changes arising from internal stakeholders
- Impliment actions identified for capacity enhancement
- Impliment identified PACE projects as per the timeline
- Frequent audit on finished goods stock of supplier both online / offline
- Have signoff agreement with suppliers on all development actions related to PACE, Capacity, Quality Delivery
- Constant search of waste elimination initiave in process raw material, logistics, packing etc
- Bring out the need for additional suppliers induction based on QCDD performance of current supplier

NPD:

- 1.



Conduct APQP process plan Development of parts required for given project
- 2. Develop parts to support proto Alpha, Beta QP requirements as per project milestones
- 3. Meet target cost of parts / assembly from Design Stage onwards
- 4. Create capacity as per identified actions, wherever it is required as per guideline provided by respective CP - CH
