Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Female Telecaller – Real Estate Sales to handle customer interactions, generate leads, follow up with prospective buyers, and support the sales team in achieving project sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in real estate sales calling, customer handling, lead conversion, and appointment scheduling with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans to customers.
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule site visits.
- Maintain and update customer details in CRM.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.




- Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build valuable relationships with prospective customers.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Telecalling / Sales Calling.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling real estate customer queries and leads.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel preferred.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.

Qualification

- Graduate preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Female candidates preferred.
- Prior experience with real estate developers, property consultants, or channel partners will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
