Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Primary delivery responsibility in the execution of both commercial due diligence and strategy engagements.
- Working on commercial due diligence, growth strategy and feasibility studies for private equity and corporates.
- Involved in various business development initiatives such as preparation of pitch documents, industry notes,



scope of work, etc.
- Working on engagements across the range of services, with focus on analysis of financial and MIS information on transactions, secondary research, primary discussions with industry stakeholders and report writing.
- Support in the creation of thought leadership and knowledge artifacts.
- The role will evolve from engagement delivery to engagement management and pro-active business development over time.
- Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Proficiency with MS-Office (particularly, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Professional network and networking skills.
- Ability to work with tight timelines.
- Ability to manage client interactions.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel within India and abroad.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

- Masters of Business Administration ( From Tier 1 College )

Experience

- 10+ years of skilled experience (post MBA) in Consulting/PE/VC firms
