Purpose: Export Vehicles Documentation which is an integral part of International Business

Role Description

- Prepare export Invoicing/billing through ERP system (Commercial Invoice, Packaging list, E Waybill etc)
- Achieve daily target of Invoicing basis dispatch plan
- Keep export document set ready handover to IB Warehouse team
- Sharing of copy Documents to CHAs for custom clearance within specified timeline
- Timely sharing of pre-shipments documents with master distributors and coordinate.
- Inspection - Arranging relevant requirements for inspection of cargo, coordinating with Inspecting agency to ensure Inspection is completed successfully.
- Preparation of MIS Reports
- Retain record of Invoice other key export documents
- Coordinate with production team on stocks to complete the billing documentation




- Coordinate with Finance on Tax Invoice collection and seal availability as per daily dispatch plan
- Arrange COC, SCOMET Letter other country specific documents with help of Finance team
- Handle Sales return/ Accident containers documentation to return container at plant co-ordinate with Insurance company on claim settlements

Functional competency

- Should have expertise in Excel and Word
- SAP - hands on working experience (min 3-4 years)
- Export documentation preparation- hands on experience
- Knowledge on Export/ Import Shipping process - from Factory to Port / Destination
- Knowledge on Inspection process
