Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify architects, contractors, builders, and institutional customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Promote the company's range of plywood, block boards, flush doors, laminates, veneers, MDF, and allied products.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and present business updates to management.
- Ensure achievement of sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts and government/private project customers.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage).
- 2-8 years of experience in plywood,



laminates, timber, MDF, veneers, building materials, or related industries.
- Strong network with contractors, architects, interior designers, and builders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM/software applications.
- Must possess a valid driving license.
- Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
