- Design, implement, and maintain collaboration solutions using CUCM, WebEx, Expressway, Im, and Unity Connection.
- Troubleshoot issues related to video conferencing, audio/video streaming, and data sharing across multiple platforms.
- Develop scripts for automating tasks and workflows within the collaboration environment.
- Provide technical support to end-users on how to use these tools effectively.
Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in a similar role as a Collaboration Engineer or equivalent.
- Robust knowledge of CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager), WebEx, Expressway, Im (Instant Messaging) and Unity Connection.
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python is an added advantage.
