Key Responsibilities

- Manage molding production activities during assigned shifts
- Handle machine setting, mold changing, and process parameter control
- Ensure product quality as per GMP and SOP requirements
- Troubleshoot molding defects and machine-related issues
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams
- Maintain shift-wise production reports and documentation

Candidate Requirements

- Strong knowledge of:
- Injection molding machines
- Molds and molding processes

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Positive communication and team coordination skills

Experience Required

- 2- 5 years of experience in Injection Molding
- Experience in medical device manufacturing will be an added advantage

Salary

- 30,000 - 35,000 CTC per month
