- The Site Engineer (Civil) will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is executed as per design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- The role includes labour supervision, material accountability, and quality control while coordinating with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth execution and timely completion of construction activities.
- Supervise/manage construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, drawings, & specifications.
- Directly oversee labour teams, assign daily tasks, and ensure proper workforce management.
- Supervise civil work such as RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Ensure timely execution of work as per project schedule and quality standards.
- Monitor attendance, work quality, and discipline among labour teams.
- Address and resolve any site-related issues affecting workforce efficiency.
- Ensure proper material tracking, usage, and accountability to minimize wastage.




- Coordinate with procurement and store teams to ensure timely availability of construction materials.
- Verify material quality, quantity, and compliance with specifications before use.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of construction materials at the site.
- Conduct regular quality checks on materials and workmanship as per IS codes and project requirements.
- Implement and enforce construction safety standards and protocols.
- Maintain proper documentation of work progress, material usage, and test reports.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams for technical clarifications.
- Report progress, issues, and deviations to the Project Manager regularly.
- Assist in quantity estimation and verification of contractor bills.
- Maintain daily site reports, work logs, and quality checklists.
- Prepare measurement sheets and progress reports for billing and certification.
