The candidate should have solid team management skills and experience in driving KPIs in a banking/BFSI environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor daily team performance, productivity & quality.
- Ensure SLA & TAT adherence.
- Handle escalations and critical cases.
- Conduct team huddles, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Maintain compliance with banking policies and regulatory norms.
- Share daily/weekly MIS reports with management.
