Job Summary:

The General Manager Projects will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and structural steel projects. The role includes planning, site execution, erection management, documentation, client coordination, quality control, safety compliance, project scheduling, and ensuring timely completion within budget.

Role & responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end execution of PEB and structural steel projects.
- Manage site erection activities, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments.
- Review GA, fabrication, and erection drawings.
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Handle project documentation, DPRs, billing, material reconciliation, and reports.
- Monitor project costs, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Drive timely project handover and client satisfaction.





Preferred candidate profile:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (Diploma with extensive PEB experience may also be considered).
- 10 - 20 years of experience in PEB/Structural Steel project execution.
- Robust experience in industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, and infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple project sites simultaneously.
- Excellent knowledge of PEB erection, structural steel fabrication, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret GA, fabrication, and erection drawings.
- Strong leadership, team management, and client coordination skills.
- Experience in project documentation, billing, DPRs, QA/QC, and safety compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Tekla, MS Project, or Primavera is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel extensively and handle projects across India.
