Job Description:

- Taking patient list of the concerned ward.
- Preparing discharge bag (Checking all the investigations and taking printout ofremaining reports).
- If patient is an insurance then to take Xerox copy of all the investigations anddischarge summary. Original has to handover to TPA and Xerox copies to patientfile.
- Checking the patient folder to ensure correct reports are handed over.
- Checking at the time of discharge for the duplication of any Investigations. If there isany duplication they will coordinate with the nursing about the same.
- Complete the patient folders and handover the file to nursing.
- Collecting tentative planned discharge for the next day and keep the investigation foldersready by one day.




- Updating planned discharge in discharge portal.
- If patient is not leaving after their clearance, they has to co-ordinate with theconcerned nursing station.

Job Specification:

Education Qualification: Any Diploma / Graduation / Certification in Medical Transcription Course

Experience: 2 to 8 years
