Office Location: Unit I Mahad

Years of experience: 5 to 8

Position description:

1. Process safety & Positive manpower handling

Process calculation & Aspen simulation.

Equipment design, Selection-TBA

Line size calculation

Equipment Datasheet, Instrument IPDS & selection

Pump & motor calculation & selection

Cooling Tower & utility calculation

Process optimization and basic process calculation for energy conservation, plant technical supports.

2. PFD & P & ID Preparation, MOC, Hazop, JSA, PSSR.

3. BOQ Preparation, Budgeting, ROI calculations

4. Site activity-Errection and commissioning, on Site training.

5. Project ISO documentation.

6. He shall be responsible for engineering material selection & rejection procedure.

7. Ensuring planning for project execution -

- Preparation of basic and detailed engineering plans, Bar charts
- Planning of Project Activity (Engg: Civil, Fabrication, Insulation, Painting)

8. Monitoring the project implementation -





- Supervision of the project activities to ensure quality and timely completion
- Rising of Purchase Indents for equipment and material in SAP.
- Inspection of purchased equipment and material to ensure quality.

9. Preparation of Auto Cad Drawings as and when required.

10. Layout drawings, Operation Manual preparation, commissioning handover reports.
