Purpose of the role

Planning tracking of LRP, Policy, MPCP targets deployment of NPD, regulation EIR projects delivery.

Product planning, exploring current initiatives aligning to LRP (Innovation, Customer insights, Analytics, Digital)

Role Description

1. Identify LRP targets for section and identify key actions (Innovation, Customer Insights, Analytics, Digital)
2. Periodically track review key initiatives required to improve the LRP progress
3. Assist program manager to create, review 12 Quarter product plan for respective segment

B. Policy management

1. 1. Support Program manager for achieving policy targets by establishing, deploying targets and establishing system for implementation and review
2. 2. Collaborate with NPD planning, functional teams to interface implement NPD projects, Dept wide initiatives learnings
3. 3. Conduct monthly reviews and submit ECM reports to NPD planning/HOD
4. 4. Conduct periodic diagnosis of projects / Section targets for continuous improvement
5. 5. Prepare / revise managing points and checkpoints for each accountability area for Program Manager
6. 6. Conduct periodic reviews of projects, MPCP progress and other key initiatives and maintain records
7. 7.



Submit MPCP reports along with policy targets in ECM
8. 8. Support team to prepare for schedule B audit, QMS audit DWM audits
9. 9. Prepare detailed activity planning for each project milestone integrate function plans
10. 10. Track monitor project activities (Thro IT Systems)
11. 11. Track monitor - project Investments
12. 12. Timely project reporting to stakeholders; maintain documentary records facilitate NPD process adherance
