We are seeking adynamic and detail-oriented qualified to join our SPD-3 EA team in therole of Shift Incharge .

Job Purpose:

Plan and manage shift operations and allocatemanpower effectively to meet production targets.

Monitor and troubleshoot Siemens PLCs, drives, andTIA Portal systems to ensure minimal downtime.

Execute preventive maintenance schedules andperform breakdown maintenance for AC induction and servo motors.

Ensure compliance with safety standards andoperational procedures during shift activities.

Coordinate with maintenance, quality,



andproduction planning teams for smooth functioning of the shift.

Maintain accurate records of production, downtime,and maintenance activities.

Identify areas for process improvement andimplement corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage shift operations and allocatemanpower effectively to meet production targets.

Work as automation engineer for troubleshooting inshifts to ensure smooth operations of lines

Qualifications Experience:

3 year Diploma inElectrical engineering from a recognized institute

3 to 4 year experience asautomation engineer

Key Skills Competencies:

MS office

SAP

ISO 9001, 50001, 45001,IATF
