Job Title: Spare Parts Warehouse Manager

Department: Spare Parts & Warehouse

Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Parts Manager

Job Summary:

The Spare Parts Warehouse Manager is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory of spare parts for heavy construction equipment machines.

- The role ensures accurate inventory records, timely parts availability, proper storage practices, and compliance with company safety and quality standards.
- Experience on SAP is a must.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive spare parts and verify quantities and quality against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Inspect incoming materials for damage, shortage if any and report discrepancies.
- Store parts in designated locations following warehouse standards.
- Issue spare parts against approved requisitions and service orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or warehouse management systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement/ parts planning team for replenishment.
- Identify slow-moving, obsolete, and non-moving inventory.
- Ensure proper labeling, bin management, and FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with service, sales, logistics and central warehouse teams for timely dispatch of spare parts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Assist in loading, unloading, packing, and dispatching materials when required.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in heavy construction equipment, mining equipment, Electric vehicles or automotive spare parts.
- Knowledge of warehouse inventory management and spare parts handling.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar software.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
