A) Roles & Responsibilities

- Draft and edit high-quality content including articles, reports, press notes, speeches, newsletters, and social media posts
- Translate technical and programmatic material into engaging narratives highlighting citizen impact and government achievements.
- Coordinate the creation and dissemination of case studies, knowledge products, and sectoral updates for internal and external audiences.
- Support media outreach, event communications, and internal storytelling initiatives.
- Maintain and update content calendars, communication trackers, and publication schedules.
- Collaborate with the M&E; Specialists for conducting field research, evaluation, and creation of evaluation reports across different projects .

B) Preferred candidate profile

- High-performing individual with a strong academic background and a consistent track record of excellence in relevant work experience
- Experience in supporting media relations, public campaigns,



and high-level event communications
- Familiarity with content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), website/social media management, and knowledge repository platforms
- Strong written communication skills, with published work in reports, blogs, articles, or institutional documents
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a deep commitment to public purpose.

C) Qualification Criteria: Masters degree in Mass Communications, Journalism or Public Policy from a recognized University or Qualified Institution recognized by Government.

D) Experience Criteria: Minimum 3 years experience, with at least 1 year in research, writing or policy analysis; strong research and writing abilities; documentation and report-preparation skills; familiarity with content management systems.
