- Preventive Maintenance: Assist in servicing API equipment like Reactors (GLR/SSR) , Centrifuges, Dryers (RCVD/ANFD), and Pumps.
- Utility Operations: Monitor boilers, chillers, and HVAC systems.
- Electrical/Mechanical Support: Fitters: Gasket replacement, pump alignment, and mechanical seal checks.
- Electricians: FLP (Flame-proof) motor checks, panel monitoring, and LOTO (Lock-out Tag-out) implementation.
- Compliance: Maintain daily logbooks and PM checklists strictly according to cGMP standards .
- Safety:
Work strictly under Work Permit systems in hazardous solvent areas.
Key Requirements
- Technical: Basic knowledge of hand tools and reading technical drawings/circuit diagrams.
- Safety: Understanding of "Flame-proof" equipment and fire safety in chemical zones.
- Flexibility: Ready to work in Rotational Shifts.
