1. Purpose

This posi tion will be Junior executive parts to handle all the Parts Oil related escalations received from the Regions continued to monitor few of the responsibilities like VOR execution, Accessories related queries, Executing Oil order execution by co-ordinating with the concern stakeholders also will measure and improve the Dealer key parameters to achieve the Business Goals

2. Role Description

1. Addressing the escalations raising from field
2. VOR service level - Track on safety stock at warehouse execution
3. First fill rate monitoring on daily basis both VOR Stock orders
4. Dispatch report monitoring on both VOR regular orders
5. Oil order creation execution all India
6. Oil billing co-ordination with stakeholder team stock planning at depos
7. Accessories escalations from field team
8.



New product oil package development
9. Additional revenue planning through Grease, EV oil alternate source New grade oil development
10. Critical parts tracking billing co-ordination with warehouse
11. SBOM, Child parts serviceability PO release status of current products
12. Developmentof E-Catalogue for new products Maintenance of the existing model by updating the modifications
