Job Description About BSV:

n Key Responsibilities:
n n Manage cross functional initiatives to implement current ideas and drive impactful change
n Solve problems ranging from strategic to operational, all in the quest of rapid business growth
n Facilitate the tracking and implementation of the company's strategic initiatives
n Facilitate governance decision making necessary for Transformation office and leadership
n n Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
n n Translate business requests into well-defined problems
n Create hypotheses, analytical models, analyses to ad-dress key business questions; Translate output into impactful insights, clear findings and recommendations
n Drive modules of key projects, by converting initiatives into implementation, and to collaborate with corresponding functions and business units for execution
n Support the development and deployment of long-term (of >5 years) strategy via annual operating plans
n Support coordination and execution of cross-functional review meetings (eg: Sales Review Meetings, R&D; re-view meetings etc.),



along with the Function/ Department heads
n Develop and maintain dashboards which are important for the Transformation office and the company's Leadership team
n n Requisite of the role:
n n 2+ years in management consulting or corporate firm as Analyst or Corporate Strategy or Project management
n Management degree from Tier 1 institute in General Management
n Experience in synthesizing and communicating ideas and plans
n Managing critical projects proactively influencing and aligning cross functional teams for common goals
n Strong sense of tact, confidentiality, and maturity
n Excellent with MS Excel and MS PPT; proficiency in data analytics or BI tools (Qlik- view, Alteryx,) is a plus
n n Competencies:
n n Good articulation skills with ability to synthesize complex issues into the most important points and insights
n Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
n Ability to solve complex business problems using a hypothesis-driven approach
n Ability to deal with ambiguity, to have high sense of empathy, and a curious disposition
n High cross-cultural awareness. A team player able to work with others and without direct supervision
n Being hands-on, ability to work in fast paced environment
