Job Description Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Event Management solutions.
n Configure Event Rules, Alert Correlation, and Alert Aggregation mechanisms.
n Integrate enterprise monitoring tools with ServiceNow Event Management.
n Implement and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB solutions.
n Automate incident creation and event remediation workflows.
n Monitor event processing and improve alert quality and operational efficiency.
n Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
n Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, network, and application teams.
n Develop integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
n Support ServiceNow upgrades, deployments, and platform enhancements.
n Ensure CMDB data quality and service visibility across the organization.
