n Rute is an online portal (WIP), that curates furniture for living and working spaces from Indian companies and across Europe.
n Role Overview
n This Management Trainee position focuses on developing Rute;s consumer-facing content strategy, building a design knowledge library, and creating engaging material to attract homeowners to the platform.
n Location: Mumbai. Employment Type: Full-Time
n Key Responsibilities
n n Knowledge Library Creation: Research, draft, and assemble a comprehensive library of knowledge covering furniture styles, materials, care guides, and design trends for end customers.
n Homeowner Attraction & Engagement: Develop inspiring site copy, room guides, and consumer-focused editorial details specifically designed to bring homeowners to the platform and keep them engaged.
n Content & Taxonomy Alignment: Translate complex product attributes (such as specific visual finishes, dimensions, and structural details) into user-friendly copy and guides for everyday consumers.
n Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the internal design indexing team and digital marketing specialists to align database information with consumer search behavior.
n Resource Optimization:



Keep content up to date with seasonal design trends, new product categories, and emerging home decor practices.
n n Qualifications & Requirements
n n Master's degree or Post-Graduate Diploma in Advertising & Marketing Communications,or Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy, or Communications Management
n Core Competencies: Exceptional written communication, storytelling ability, and a keen eye for aesthetic home design.
n Attributes: High attention to detail, creative initiative, and an eagerness to learn in a rapid-paced environment.
n Generative AI & Visual Curation Tools: Hands-on familiarity with tools like Midjourney, Gemini, mnml.ai, or Nano Banana for visual search testing,
n Digital Marketing & Analytics: Basic working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics to evaluate agency campaign metrics, retargeting performance, and user traffic.
