Job Description About the Role
n We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to lead day-to-day client communication, campaign execution, and brand strategy. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver effective, insight-driven campaigns with a preference for candidates who've worked in or with the B2B or technology sector.
n The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and confident in managing multiple stakeholders while ensuring smooth project execution and strong client satisfaction.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Own client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and deliverables.
n Lead and contribute to brand and campaign strategy, using client insights and market understanding.
n Collaborate with creative, digital, and media teams to bring strategic ideas to life across platforms.
n Translate client briefs into actionable plans and guide project execution from start to finish.
n Present ideas, campaign progress, and performance updates confidently to stakeholders.




n Stay on top of industry and market trends (especially in finance) to bring proactive, strategic input.
n Support internal coordination and ensure timelines, deliverables, and campaign objectives are met efficiently.
n n Requirements
n n 3–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management, preferably in a creative or digital agency.
n Strategic mindset with the ability to think beyond execution and contribute to brand growth.
n Experience with financial services clients is preferred but not essential.
n Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
n Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
