Role Description This full-time, on-site Finance Executive role is based at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road in Bengaluru. The Finance Executive will support daily finance operations, including assisting with the preparation, review, and reconciliation of financial statements, ledgers, and hotel-specific accounts. Responsibilities include coordinating financial reporting, monitoring budgets and costs, supporting GST and other statutory compliance, and preparing periodic management reports.



The role involves analyzing financial data to provide insights on revenue, expenses, and profitability, supporting internal audits, and working closely with other departments to ensure accurate billing, vendor payments, and adherence to financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Finance knowledge with hands-on experience in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess working knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related compliance in a hospitality or service environment.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and general financial documentation and reconciliation practices.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Prior experience in hotel or hospitality finance, familiarity with hotel operating metrics, and understanding of internal controls and audit processes are beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial data, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
