Job Description Key Responsibilities
n ● Manage assigned HomeLane customers from initial consultation to design finalization and order booking.
n ● Understand client requirements and translate them into practical and aesthetically appealing design concepts.
n ● Create accurate quotations, detailed designs, and production-ready drawings.
n ● Ensure designs are feasible, installation-friendly, and aligned with site conditions.
n ● Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, and installation) for seamless project execution.
n ● Present design concepts and pricing confidently to customers.
n ● Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and drive conversion targets.
n Required Expertise & Qualifications




n ● Minimum 1–3 years Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
n ● 1–8 years of experience in residential interior design projects.
n ● Basic site experience with understanding of installation feasibility.
n ● Proficiency in Google SketchUp (mandatory).
n ● Robust fundamentals in space planning, modular furniture, materials, and execution processes.
n ● Customer-centric approach with ability to balance design, functionality, and budget.
n ● Good verbal and written communication skills.
n ● Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.
