n MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
n • Chartered Accountant with 7–10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
n • Experience in AIF, fund administration, asset management, fund accounting, finance or operations.
n • Strong understanding of fund operations, investor servicing, fund accounting and regulatory compliance.
n • Excellent stakeholder management, process orientation and execution capabilities.
n JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
n • We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to lead the Operations and Finance & Accounts functions of the organization. The role will be responsible for ensuring seamless fund operations, a strong governance and control framework and robust financial management while working closely with the senior management.
n • Head the end-to-end operations of the funds, including investor onboarding, KYC/AML, subscriptions, redemptions, and investor servicing.
n • Coordinate with fund administrators, RTAs, custodians, banks, brokers, auditors,



tax advisors and other service providers to ensure efficient fund operations.
n • Oversee fund accounting, NAV validation, reconciliations, investor reporting and operational workflows.
n • Head the Finance & Accounts function of the FME, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, banking, treasury, taxation, statutory audit and internal audit.
n • Ensure compliance with applicable IFSCA regulations, internal policies and reporting requirements, while maintaining a robust governance and operational control framework.
n • Drive process excellence initiatives, including automation, digitization and turnaround time (TAT) improvements.
n • Drive governance, compliance alignment and operational controls across business processes.
n • Support the operational and regulatory setup of current funds, products and strategic initiatives.
n QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
n • Chartered Accountant with 7–10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
n • Exposure to GIFT City, IFSCA-regulated entities or offshore fund structures would be an advantage.
