Role Overview:You will be responsible for building business by identifying and selling products and services, maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying business opportunities. You will also be tasked with selling products/services/solutions, maintaining client relationships, identifying product improvements, preparing reports, and maintaining quality service.Key Responsibilities:- Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and researching sales options- Sell products/services/solutions by establishing contact, developing relationships, and recommending solutions- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, and recommending recent opportunities and improvements- Identify product improvements or new products by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards- Enhance professional and technical expertise by engaging in continuous learning, attending company-approved trainings, and reviewing industry insights- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededQualifications:- GraduationExperience:- Manager experience minimum 5-10 years in a recognized industry- Proven experience as Sales & Marketing Manager or relevant role- Understanding of business functions such as marketing, sales, etc.- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics- Working knowledge of IT/Business processes and MS Office- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solvingLocation:- Dehradun, INDIA | California, USA (WeWork, 7th Suite-V) | Melbourne, Australia (WeWork,
