About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer / Data Architect to lead enterprise Data & Analytics architecture and delivery.

The role combines hands-on technical expertise, solution architecture, stakeholder management and technical leadership. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, business teams and engineering teams to design and deliver scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design and drive end-to-end data architecture

- Develop conceptual, logical and physical data models

- Design and review technical solutions





- Drive Azure environment and data platform architecture

- Mentor development and business teams

- Review technology selection and solution architecture

- Participate in pre-sales activities

- Work with senior leadership on technology strategy

- Support technical team recruitment and capability building

Ideal Candidate

- Strong experience delivering enterprise data solutions

- Deep expertise in Azure Data technologies

- Strong Azure Databricks and Synapse experience

- Strong hands-on Spark, Python and SQL

- Data architecture and modelling experience

- Leadership and mentoring experience

- Solid client/stakeholder communication

- Pre-sales / solutioning exposure preferred

- Notice period of 30 days or less
