Job Description About the Role
n We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Clinic Operations to lead the operations of a growing multispecialty clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the clinic into a professionally managed, corporate-style healthcare facility and establishing systems that can be replicated as we expand into multiple locations.
n Key Responsibilities
n - Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic.
n - Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all departments.
n - Coordinate schedules and operations for visiting consultants and specialist doctors.
n - Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and clinical support staff.
n - Ensure an excellent patient experience from registration to discharge.
n - Oversee billing, inventory, procurement, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
n - Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
n - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.




n - Implement and optimize Clinic/Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS).
n - Work closely with the clinic owner to develop a scalable operational model for future branches.
n Qualifications
n - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
n - 5–10 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a multispecialty clinic or hospital.
n - Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating specialist consultants.
n - Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n - Proficiency in healthcare software, reporting, and operational planning.
n Preferred Experience
n Candidates with experience in established healthcare organizations, multispecialty hospitals, or clinic chains will be preferred.
