n With a fast-paced startup comes quick growth and were hiring a Finance Executive to take full ownership of payouts, payroll, compliance, and cash flow management.
n About the Role:
n Role: Finance Executive
n Department: Finance & Accounting
n Industry: Logistics / Rentals / Ecommerce
n Location: On-site (Andheri East, Mumbai)
n Experience: Minimum 2 years
n Type: Full-Time, Permanent (6 days/week)
n Stipend: 3-4 LPA
n Key Responsibilities:
n End-to-end bookkeeping and daily financial record maintenance
n GST reconciliation, filing, and return preparation (GSTR 1, 3B, etc.)
n TDS calculation, payment, and timely TDS return
n Manage purchase entries, sales invoices, and vendor payments
n Maintain bank reconciliation and cash flow reports
n Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with statutory norms
n Operate on Zoho Books, Tally, and Google Sheets for all accounting workflows
n Generate and manage e-invoicing,



e-way bills, credit notes
n Conduct vendor reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies
n Prepare periodic reports for internal audits and management reviews
n Requirements:
n Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent
n 2+ years of experience in a finance/accounts role
n Strong command of Zoho Books, Tally, and Google Sheets
n In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory filings
n Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n High attention to detail and accountability
n Preferred Skills:
n Tally, Zoho Books, GST Filing, TDS Return, Book Keeping, Payroll, Bank Reconciliation, Purchase/Sales Entry, E-Way Bill, Vendor Payments, E-Invoicing, Credit Notes
